Refund policy
Thank you for purchasing with Scandle Candle Ltd
In order to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return the product within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we have received your item, we will inspect the product and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
After 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear, please feel free to email us at enquiries@scandlecandle.co.uk.
